Hi, I’m Autumn Wahl! 

I’m an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) based in Provo, Utah, and so excited to be supporting families throughout Utah County.

After spending seven years living and working in New Zealand, where I trained and worked as a midwife and supported families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and infant feeding, I’ve returned home. That time deeply shaped how I practice today— and it’s also why I’ve named my business Kiwi Lactation, honoring the place that shaped both my clinical foundation and my heart for this work. My care is calm, evidence-based, trauma-sensitive, and culturally respectful.

I was drawn to lactation care because I wanted to be the support I wish my own mother, aunties, and grandmother had during their feeding journeys.

I offer in-home lactation visits within 30 miles of Provo, as well as virtual consults for families across the U.S. and worldwide.

I’m honored to walk alongside you during this tender season.
